If your campaign status shows Limited Delivery, it means your advertisement is restricted from appearing on certain publisher sites within our network. This typically occurs when the content of the ad or its landing page does not meet our core advertising standards.
To restore full reach and ensure your ads perform at their best, you must address the specific quality and policy issues identified during the review process.
Understanding the Policy Violations
The most common reasons for limited delivery in this category include:
- Unsubstantiated Medical Claims: Claims regarding "miracle cures," disease prevention, or specific body cleansing (e.g., parasite removal) require credible clinical or regulatory evidence.
- Deceptive Tactics: The use of sensationalized headlines, fabricated expert interviews, or staged imagery designed to mimic legitimate news reports is prohibited.
- Low-Quality Visuals: Disturbing imagery, such as graphic depictions of parasites, must be replaced with neutral, professional visuals.
- Irrelevant Content: The inclusion of unrelated political slogans or unverified endorsements can lead to ad blocking.
How-To: Restore Full Delivery
You have two primary paths to resolve limited delivery: updating your creative to meet general standards or narrowing your targeting to platforms with different requirements.
Option 1: Update Your Ad Creative
If you want your ad to run across our entire network, follow these steps:
- Edit your Ad: Open the ad in your dashboard.
- Remove Claims: Delete any medical cure or prevention claims that lack documented clinical proof.
- Replace Media: Swap out disturbing or sensational images for professional, high-quality alternatives.
- Verify Endorsements: Ensure any doctor or expert mentioned is substantiated with credible evidence.
- Submit: Save your changes. Your ad will be automatically resubmitted for secondary review.
Option 2: Target Scoopz or Premium Partner Only
If you prefer to keep your current creative assets, you may be able to run them exclusively on Scoopz or Premium Partner. Because these platforms have different delivery requirements, you must create a new ad set to change your targeting.
Follow these steps to update your platform targeting:
- Identify the Ad Set: Locate the live ad set currently experiencing limited delivery.
- Duplicate the Ad Set: Use the Duplicate function in your NewsBreak Ads dashboard. This creates a copy of your settings and creatives.
- Adjust Platform Targeting: In the new, duplicated ad set, navigate to the Platform or Placements section.
- Select Scoopz/Premium Partner: De-select all other options and ensure only Scoopz or Premium Partner (or both) are selected.
- Publish: Save and publish the new ad set. It will go through a review process specific to those platforms.
- Pause the Original: Once the new ad set is live, remember to pause the original ad set to avoid overlapping delivery.
