Welcome to our guide on enabling data sharing between Adjust and NewsBreak Ads! Follow these simple steps to successfully connect your mobile app data from Adjust to NewsBreak for accurate event attribution and performance tracking.
1. Head to Adjust, add “Newsbreak Ads” as a partner
Navigate to Partners tab on the left-hand menu.
Tap the ‘+’ button to add a new partner.
In the search bar, type 'NewsBreak Ads' and select it from the list.
Choose the App you want to connect with NewsBreak Ads.
2. Enable Data Sharing with NewsBreak
In the Data Sharing section of the partner settings, toggle the Enabled switch to ON. Once enabled, Adjust will automatically send NewsBreak all installs that are attributed to us.
💡Tip: For enhanced campaign performance, enable the "Data from all attribution sources" setting and make sure to toggle on "Sessions" and "In-app revenue".
⚠️ Note: To share Ad Revenue data with NewsBreak, you’ll need to ensure your Adjust account includes the relevant Ad Revenue Package.
3. Map In-app Events to Share with NewsBreak
⚠️ Note: For accurate tracking, please copy and paste the exact event type from Ad Manager into the partner event field. The event type can be found in Ad Manager, as shown in the screenshot below.
4. Create Your Tracking Link
After reviewing your partner settings, click Create Link.
Use the generated tracking URLs in your NewsBreak ad campaigns to ensure proper event attribution.
Below are sample URLs for your NewsBreak campaigns:

5. Enable Ad Spend
- Under DataWorks, select Connections or add New Connections.
- Select NewsBreak in partner.
- Select Ad Spend in services.
- Copy your Ad Manager API Access Token, enter it in the access token field, and select Connect.

6. Head to Newsbreak Ad Manager, go to Event Management > App Events to complete your event setup
Input the corresponding App Store URL, Conversion Event, Click Tracking URL, and Impression Tracking URL, then click Save.
