Avoiding Imitation: Advertisers must refrain from imitating or replicating the trademarked logos, product names, trade names, or business names of others. This includes creating designs or names that are deceptively similar to existing trademarks which could confuse consumers.

Deceptive Practices

Misleading Representations: Logos or trademarks must not be used in a misleading manner. They should accurately represent the entity or product they are associated with and should not deceive the consumer about the nature of the business, its affiliations, or its endorsements.

Visibility Requirements: All logos and trademarks used must be clear and legible. They should be appropriately sized — not excessively large or small — and displayed in a way that they are easily recognizable and readable by the public. This ensures the true and accurate representation of the brand is communicated effectively.
