No additional steps are required!
Premium Partners is automatically enabled for supported campaign types. Once your campaign launches, your ads may deliver across NewsBreak, Scoopz, and the Premium Partners network. One may also specifically pick Premium Partners if one so desires.

No. Campaigns use the same optimization system used across current placements.
