Welcome to our Audience Management guide! In this article, we will guide you through the process of how to create and use a custom audience.
What is Custom audience?
Custom Audience is an ad targeting option that allows advertisers to find users who already know or have engaged with your business. This type of targeting is a powerful tool for retargeting (coming soon on NewsBreak), so that you can avoid displaying ads to converted users, create look-alike audiences, and other marketing goals you may have.
How does it work?
Currently, you can create custom audiences by uploading a CSV file containing user identifiers such as email addresses or device IDs. Our platform then matches this information with our user database to generate a custom audience segment. Once created, you can choose to include or exclude this audience from your campaigns.
NewsBreak supports creating custom audiences by uploading a CSV file with user identifiers such as email addresses and device IDs. The platform then matches this data with its own user database to create a custom audience segment. Once created, you can include or exclude this audience list in your campaign.
